Dedicated CDL-A Drivers

J&R Schugel is hiring drivers to deliver contract freight to dedicated customers within the 4-state region of MN, WI, IL, and MO. Most freight is drop and hook with an average length of haul of 500 miles. This allows the driver to leave the house, run 4 to 5 loads per week for a very productive mileage week, and be home regularly. In addition, the driver is never more than a day’s drive from home. The lanes are very predictable as most of the freight is consistent.

‍Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
  • Must have 6 months of experience
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
